App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80131902
"Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80131902"

Basically, this happens on first time 2.0 runs sometimes, not sure why, but the following seems to fix the problem. My suspicions and research lead me to believe it has to do with web servies referenced. To fix it, try the following....

1. With a command window, get to the latest version of .net under
2. C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\
3. Now run the following command: "net stop w3svc" to stop web services.
4. Then use "aspnet_regiis.exe -ua" to uninstall all instances of ASP.NET from IIS.
5. Follow with "aspnet_regiis.exe -i" to install ASP.NET into IIS.
6. Now restart web services with "net start w3svc".

IIS: Creating Multiple Web Sites within IIS on (2000 and XP Pro)
In the server versions of Windows, you can have multiple versions of web sites installed into IIS and running simultaneously. You can install and run more than one web site within IIS in the professional version of Windows XP or Windows 2000. You just have to pull a trick to modify the IIS metabase to that it is aware of the additional sites. The user interface does not support creating more than one web site. Also, you still will not be able to have more than one site running at the same time.

To create the second web site:

* Create a command prompt window.
* Type "cd \Inetpub\Adminscripts" and press enter.
* Find out what the highest numbered site you currently have is. You can do that by typing

adsutil.vbs ENUM /P W3SVC

If you have never done this process before, the highest numbered site should be 1.
* Add one to the highest numbered site. Then run this command:

adsutil.vbs COPY W3SVC/1 W3SVC/x

Where x is replaced by the new numbered site. For example if you run the enum command and the highest numbered site is 4, then type this:

adsutil.vbs COPY W3SVC/1 W3SVC/5

* Run the IIS Manager. You should find a new site has been created. It will be an exact copy of site #1, so you will need to change a few things. Go into the properties for the web site. Change the site name, and the virtual directory for the root of the web site to point to another location on the hard disk. Usually, you will create a new subdirectory under Inetpub and point the virtual directory at that.
* To use the site, you must first stop the currently running site, then start the new site.

To delete a site, first stop it if it is running (bad things happen if you don't!). Then type:

adsutil.vbs DELETE W3SVC/x

Where x is the number of the site you want to delete.

You can find the number for an existing web site in IIS Manager by enabling logging and examining the logging properties. The web site number is at the bottom of the dialog.

Disable the Administrative Share (NT/2000/XP/2003)
Every Windows NT/W2K/XP/2003 machine automatically creates a share for each drive on the system. These shares are hidden, but available with full control to domain administrators. The drive letter, followed by the $ sign is the name, and it is shared from the root. When trying to attain a highly secure network, you may wish to address this potential security issue by disabling these shares, or at least restricting their permissions to specific users or services.

The default-hidden shares are:

*C$ D$ E$ - Root of each partition. For a Windows NT workstation/W2K/2003/XP Professional computer only members of the Administrators or Backup Operators group can connect to these shared folders. For a Windows NT Server/W2K Server computer, members of the Server Operators group can also connect to these shared folders.

*ADMIN$ - %SYSTEMROOT% This share is used by the system during any remote administration of a computer. The path of this resource is always the path to the W2K/NT system root (the directory in which W2K/NT is installed usually C:\Winnt and in XP it's C:\Windows).

*FAX$ - On W2K Server, this used by fax clients in the process of sending a fax. The shared folder temporarily caches files and accesses cover pages stored on the server.

*IPC$ - Temporary connections between servers using named pipes essential for communication between programs. It is used during remote administration of a computer and when viewing a computer's shared resources. This share can be very dangerous and can be used to extract large amounts of information about your network, even by an anonymous account.

*NetLogon - This share is used by the Net Logon service of a W2K, 2003 and NT Server computer while processing domain logon requests, and by Pre-W2K computers when running logon scripts.

*PRINT$ - %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS Used during remote administration of printers.

It is possible to simply remove the share from Server Manager (in NT) or Shared Folders (in W2K/XP/2003) but the problem with this method is that the shares will automatically be recreated when the machine reboots.

You can disable the automatic administrative share creation via Group Policy, but this is a much simpler way:

In order to disable these shares permanently, a registry edit will be necessary. (Run regedit)

Servers

For NT 4.0/W2K/Windows Server 2003s, the change is:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters
Name: AutoShareServer
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0

Idiot proof note: If you can't find the value in the registry under the exact location (i.e. it does not exist) - please right click in the right pane of the window and create it.

Note: A reboot is necessary for this to take effect.

Workstations

For NT 4.0 Workstation/W2K Pro/XP Pro, the change is:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters
Name: AutoShareWks
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0

A double idiot proof note: If you can't find the value in the registry under the exact location (i.e. it does not exist) - please right click in the right pane of the window and create it.

Note: Again, a reboot is necessary for this to take effect.

If you want the administrative shares to be re-created, you can change the value back to 1.

Note: Some applications depend on the presence of these shares. If things stop working you'll know to re-enable the shares.

Security note: Unfortunately this registry hack does NOT stop the IPC$ share and this is a share that is often used by hackers to enumerate systems before attack since it can yield a wealth of information about your system names, your user names, and more. If your ACL permissions are not correct or you haven't disabled anonymous user access or you haven't disabled the guest account then this port can lead to total system compromise within minutes!

Guess Who Else in These Mariah Carey's Muisc Videos
It's like that (2005)

We belong together
(2005)

Wentworth Miller (Michael Scofield) appeared in two Mariah Carey music videos, "It's Like That" and "We Belong Together" as a party guest. Director Brett Ratner, who directed the pilot episode of Prison Break, was signed on to also direct the two Mariah Carey videos. Ratner brought up the idea to Mariah about using Miller in the videos. After showing her Miller's picture, she agreed to use him. Since both the videos and the pilot episode of Prison Break were being filmed at the same time. A special set was constructed on the set of the Mariah Carey videos, so that Miller would be able to work simultaneously on both projects. He says, "Mariah's an international icon. The two days I spent working on her video did more for my career, gave me more exposure, than anything I'd done before Prison Break. I'm grateful for the opportunity"
